I have just finished creating a tool that allows you to check the trust level of all your characters. It can be found here:

https://trustlevelchecker.jodk.nl/
The site will ask for the region you’re in, and then redirect you to blizzard for authorization to view your WoW profile. When granted, it will display a list of all your characters and their trust levels.
