Hi, I am trying to reach out to an old friend I used to have in my contact list. But as we no longer have eachother on Bnet, I am trying to whisper but it does not seem to work as the person is on a russian server, which in english is calmled ‘Deathguard’, but I need the russian name for it for /t command to work.
Anyone has an idea what the russian name is for this server?

Deathguard = Страж смерти, as Nicole has already told.
But the problem is if your friend still plays WoW. I suggest you to check sites like RIO or something like that, maybe your friend enjoy playing on alts, sometimes people decide to change servers for some reason.
If you are trying to contact your friend via game chat, use command like the following example:
/w комбайнэ-стражсмерти (don’t forget that you shouldn’t put space in the name of target server). When you push spacebar after server name, you’ll whisper to your friend if he is online at that moment.
If you have screenshot with the nickname of you friend, we can make a macro with russian letters for you or help finding his alts.
