Pretty sure that those variables are saved in the WTF folder. More specific in WTF/Account/savedVariables and WTF/Account/realmname/charname/*

Although keybinds are (also) saved server-side afaik.

Macros and keybinds are stored on the server and will automatically be available on the other PC.

To transfer addon settings, you need to copy WTF\Account\<accountnumber>\SavedVariables\<addonname>.lua files and all files in the WTF\Account\<accountnumber>\<realm>\<character>\ folder except Addons.txt and except any SavedVariables files from addons that you don’t want to copy the setting for.

If you don’t care about a specific addon’s settings and just want to transfer all addons and all settings over to the other PC, it’s far easier to just make a copy of the WTF and Interface\Addons folders and paste them on the other PC.
