How to deal with being removed from instance group for no valid reason?

I’ve leveled 11 characters to 80 in this expansion so far. 10 of them with just dungeons only. I’ve not been kicked once.

No idea if I’ve been lucky or why it’s happening to you. I know roughly how to play every spec in the game though (except healer)

I personally always click no unless someone is being rude or afking. I don’t expect people in normals/heroics to perform well.

I had a run with an elemental shaman doing 15k dps, He was attacking the whole time. We cleared the dungeon tottaly fine with him. So who cares?

Just false. People played differently back in 2004.

I think you’re a bit too sensitive: It’s just a video game. I also got kicked as a tank during my first Dawn-run, and after I got kicked, I opened a dungeon guide on the internet, so I can see what I did wrong. It seems like I was too squishy to do the second last boss without having weakened it enough. Afterwards I knew I either need better gear, or clear the mini-bosses. I opted for better gear, and my next runs were all smooth.
