How to delete my world of warcraft account and GDPR

Hi there,

I am interested to delete my world of warcraft account, so I never return to this game.

My questions are:

  1. How do I delete my account?
  2. How do I request that you delete all data related to me (GDPR) and what guarantee I have you actually deleted my data?

Thank you in advance
Seksi

ps.
I have EU and US accounts, I would like everything to be wiped out.

Thanks @jito, but would like question 2 to be answered by blizzard representative.

You should probably send an enquiry to their data protection officer then:

DPO@Blizzard.com

Then you are in the wrong place. Put a ticket in.

thanks :safety_pin:

As an fyi, you can request a copy of all your personal data from Blizzard here:

https://eu.battle.net/support/en//help/wf/services/1329/1343

You get it in an email after ~1 day and the link expires after ~3 days, if I remember correct.

So if you’re concerned about what information Blizzard has on you, then you can see for yourself. :slightly_smiling_face:

You can request your data to be removed here (or get a copy):-

Don’t forget to give all your stuff away first.

On Draenor I’ll take it, I’m Telagh.
