How to find a particular sound file (shaman ghost wolf with vulpine glyph)

I love the appearance of shaman’s ghost wolf with the vulpine glyph but the “YIP YIP” sound effect that sometimes plays when you go into ghost wolf form is starting to drive me insane.

I use the mute sound file addon to mute other annoying noises, but I cannot find the ID of this one anywhere. I have checked all the .ogg files with the name “fox” in wago tools files (as most vulpin related files seem to use), but can’t find the YIP YIP I’m looking for.

Any ideas?

I don’t play with sound on so I dunno what it sounds like but it could be one of these:

Get the addon Leatrix Sounds. It helps you find sound files a little easier whilst still in-game (it’s still a pain, though).

I, too, couldn’t stand that ‘yip’, so I happen to know that the file IDs you are looking for are:

1670977
1670979

Thank you SO much! Those are exactly the files I was looking for, amazing, thank you.

Interesting, those IDs aren’t on wowhead.

@Kaliatael: No problem, glad to be of help.

@Elvenbane: Yeah, I’ve never found Wowhead to be very helpful in finding sound files. The addon that I mentioned above is my go-to method these days, especially now that the wowtools website is dead.
