Just finished Shadowlands, thought of finishing BfA, but I can’t figure out where I stopped, I tried that BfA anuttment tool or something on WoWhead but didn’t really help, any other ideas?
Check the place by the harbour in boralus.
A time-consuming way would be to check if you’ve completed quests through scripts.
if you open your quest log… there should be a ‘‘Continnue your campaing by accepting x quest’’ Or you can look at your map for ! quest markers i think. If you have the campaign quest in your log already it should have a banner icon i think.

Nothing in Boralus besides that table with Fin (?) and his quest for gathering Azerite in islands, I do recall now last one I did was for Hearth of Azerithe ? Started doing all three areas storyline for now, after that Pride of Kul Tiras should be main focus?
There is an addon called BTW Quests, that can be helpful for figuring out what chains you need to do in past expansions

I have the similar issue. I finished all BFA campaign chapters, but I didn’t get the achievement that I finished the campaign. I am missing something and don’t know how to continue it. I unlocked Dark Iron Dwarves and finished few more quests after that, only have warfront quests now and to do storylines of the other islands.
You’ll need to be in a BFA zone, so Boralas would be a good place to go. Top right corner of the quest log / map above all your current quests will be a the status section of your campaign. This will tell you the quest name and from who to pick it up from.

You could try checking the lore master achievement to see what your missing
