How to Fix Russian AV premades

Hello Blizzard,

You are a AAA Company, so I hope you have considered this, but have your systems noticed an unusual amount of players typing /afk at the start of every AV, when they are matched against russians? If yes, I have a solution for you, for free, that means you don’t have to pay me to come up with a solution to enhance the BG experience! Amazing, right?
Put russians in the same teams as normal euw players. Just mix everyone. Almost nobody is typing in AV anyway, so it doesn’t matter, if there is a language barrier!

Or we can just pushing speed runners who afk or leave till they swallow their pride

i mean given random bgs are hardly a competitive form of pvp for various reasons. No one likes getting stomped over and over and even stomping gets old, just give a stacking buff each time you lose to address the fact that sometimes you just get outmatched over and over and it becomes miserable.
