You get 3 veteran loot pieces from doing the superbloom, the wardens renown quest and plant 5 seeds quest.
Which is pretty good but, the you run out of flightstones fast when upgrading them.

yes - but you get very very few drake quests. and thats base of upgrading veteran gear to max.

in 10.1 you were getting 4 drake quests per week in zaralek cavern - now i only seen 10 pieces drop from world boss and 2 drake crests from each blooming of those thingies.

you have to waste so much time there that relisticaly only way is to farm low m+ keys and waste your time there or be good enough to farm 4/8 champions gear to skip drake quests .

you can farm anniversary event bosses for veteran gear there are 2 pieces in renown tracker too and also get one piece from weekly time rift and dreamsurge events

yeah it’s easy to get crests the hard part is planning the upgrades with crest cap
