I am on a very quiet realm Vek’Nilash with no trade chat, I am also alliance.
How do you go about getting a fated carry (I so want the jelly cat mount) when the only offers in Custom Groups are for using real money and going to an out of game website?
Also, is it true I can get a horde to carry me?

I met a turalyon player that wants the players to pay curves or full run for gold to get carried in Heroic raids
The only thing I went with full normal run was Castle nathria. I paid only heroic sanctum with full run (I think it was 400k or 500k golds), then I showed A Curve (Heroic full run of SoD) to a raid leader, then I got invited for Normal Sepulcher and got the mount

There is tons of spams in trade for that. It should be like 200k per raid, if u only nedd last two, maybe even less .
And yea, realm or faction doesnt matter, juat find someone that accept gold from all realms .
But realy, that cat is ugly big time , not worth even 10k
First, it is unpleasance because they charge so many gold COST, I have no idea how people can obtain 170k apparrance it is 170000 not 170, I barely get 340 golds in all my time of play and want to pay over 100 times this. It is rindiculose, if they expect me to pay. Alas, when I inquire, I find out I can also not buy because of my level 20. They discount the work that I have done to get to the level 20, it is so rude! For this ugly little boy, I must have three times more levels, and so much more gold. No thank you.

Actually, if you get an inv to a fresh normal, those go relatively well, maybe apart from Sepulcher (looks at Anduin).
There were a lot of them when S4 launched, not sure if there is more.

Transfer to big realm then plenty of groups offer full hc clear. But ye group Finder is infested ATM with monet carries and Blizzard does nothing to right IT. Its really annoying
There are but most good players dont do them anymore so runs are horrible.
Best bet is to find a guild that clears full hc and join IT .

Small realms don’t get loads of boost spam, so their denizens are disadvantaged. 
The WowMarket Discord is a very well run organisation for connecting with legit boosts, for in-game gold only. I pop in from time to time, and have never observed any unapproved activity, at least not in any public channels. It also has a reputation channel and a staff to whom you can report any problems. Just generally, they have a sustainable business model, and they stay on the right side of the Terms of Service.
Just search for WowMarket Discord and you will find the link to join with your browser.
And yes, you can get a boost from a mixed team of Alliance and Horde. Both factions can now form a party for the purpose of doing instances.
When buying a boost, you will pay your gold when the run is about to start. The boosters will have a character on your realm, and they will tell you where to meet - usually in Stormwind or Org - and who to give the gold to. A legit group will not ask you for gold the day before, or anything like that.
