This is going to sound like a noob question lol
but i cant seem to figure it out…
anyway sometimes i see pallys running around with a glowing sword ;p
but when i look them up online it shows they have a gravetouch sword which does not have a build in glow… but it does have a enchantment on it as well called
masterful navigation so i bought that and applied it to my weapon but no glow???
whats up with that??
how do i get it??
the dude that had it had a glow on his gravetouch greatsword which does not drop with a glow so he has to have done something to it but what??
can anyone help me with this?

Are the guys running around with glow for long times? They might have buff going on that causes it to glow because 8.1 introduced new animations for paladins (better wings, glowing sword when casting concentration and so on)
Is the glow also proper glow? like does the blade part actually change its color or does it just get enchantment glow around it? like this

This most likely. You can apply an effect to weapons when you transmog.
On the same screen where you can check out your collected transmog appearances there is a small icon with a rolled up scroll on the weapon icon. There you can see the glows you have collected.
They drop from specific bosses or can be found as a bundle item on the ah. You learn them like toys, so once you unlock it on one char, all your others can use it too.

the earthwarder enchantment visual gives you a pretty holy glow might be to much at times
