What level does my factory need to be?
How do you aquire the armor sets?
RNG? Buy from vendor?
Please let me know if you have it, because I’ve searched everywhere to no avail.

RNG quest reward BUT you see if it’ll drop by looking at the quest rewards (so not a hidden random drop). It’ll sometimes be available and chances are that the tmog is currently available on a construct you haven’t created.
I once got 3 tmogs in a week with a tier 2 building, but it’s usually one or less per week.
I’m currently at 5 or 6 pieces but got almost all of them recently after I unlocked the later tiers of the building. I don’t think it’s required but it increases your odds of finding one to have all available constructs.
