Get AOTC and 9000rio this is the only way. Also play a tank role - so he can play dps and complain for others. When he complains, always complain with him. Also treat other people like trash and tell him how great you are and they are not. For sure you will find some great men in WoW.
Just don’t think you will be doing something more than playing in WoW.
Don’t play on RP realm - RP players in REAL WoW community are worth less than nothing.

Try on an RP-realm.
Alternatively, see if you can’t find a guy in real life who plays wow, and then you can play together. That’s what I would love atleast.

What even is “REAL WoW community” supposed to mean?
What are you interested in doing while online?
There are guilds and communities for most of the content.
One of the easier ways is probably through rp, then i suggest you play on argent dawn server.

Or do what i do sometimes. Go to the zoo in mulgore, alot of fun there and world class steakes. Just don’t go too close as they tend to fart alot.

More seriously, why do you need an in game boyfriend? I mean if you were on an RP realm I could give advice (Not the Goldshire type so beloved by 12 year old kids who know nothing), Brigante for example is happily married with two kids, but then this was a woman I had met IRL… But why? What’s wrong with just making a buddy you can game with. You could make an excellent ‘buddy cop’ duo without needing to call them a ‘boyfriend’, like Murtaugh and Riggs in Lethal Weapon, Sherlock and Watson, or Buffy and Xander, Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver in the Avengers (OK, that was a bit different, they were twin siblings but you get the idea.)

Someone might have some issues to work off there. It’s OK, Death Knights can cry too.
