I know I read somewhere how it works, but I can’t find it - and right now, I am stuck on another realm, even though I tried relogging. Changing zones is not an option, since I am a little hordie that finally found a nice spot near SW gates to put some rabbit ears on some allies, and I am not dodging guards to get to Westfall and back again just to change zones.
Will I automatically get back to my own realm after a while, or do I have to be offline for a certain time or something?
We dont really get to play on our own realms anymore. We either go out into a war mode on or off shard. These shards are people from any server. If you group with others there is no way to guarantee you will go back to the shard you were on.
Since I am on a RP server, we normally have only two “shards”: Argent Dawn and ‘All The Others’. Hence, we don’t usually get “lost” on some faraway shard where we can’t see people on our own realm like I am right now.
My bad didnt realise you were on an RP realm. They do indeed have their own rulesets.
Can you get someone from your realm to invite you to group and “port back” that way?
It’s solved now, I am back on my own realm after being offline for a while. Now I just wish I found find a place where it says how exactly this works, so I know for another time’s sake.
