Hi there, not sure if this is the right forum, but my problem is, since the war within pre order versions are already on display to buy, they replaced the dragonflight upgrade versions on store and now i can’t find a way to upgrade my dragonflight account to heroic or epic so i can get the mount (tangled dreamweaver). Does anyone know how to still get the versions or at least the mount or is now off the charts? Thanks in advance
I dont think its possible now after they listed the new expansion.
The only way now would be to buy the Physical Collector’s Edition…

Ended up here after Googling to see if I had missed anything obvious.
Kinda gutted… I wanted the lil dragon wing mogs! At the time, I could only afford the Base version as I was on maternity leave*, and planned to upgrade when I could. Managed to finally get my finances back on track after returning to work and now they have removed it.
My finances are better as in I can justify paying like £20 to upgrade - not £40 for another preorder. I am not going to get massively upset, I am just disappointed that this is the first digital upgrade version that I did not get. Thats the price of hesitating I suppose!
I am not sure whether it was WoW or some other MMO that I played in the past, but I seem to remember a game offering the pets and mounts from the upgraded versions as a separate bundle? I now remain hopeful this will happen in the future!
*As a sidenote, I did also have some unexpected major expenses during my maternity leave that took out a huge chunk of my savings, such as paying for my dads funeral and having my car written off. I have never been THAT worried about my income before but have been flamed about “having kids when I cannot afford them” on other forums, so thought I would leave a note to explain

they usually sell the CE mounts later on intoa new expac so it come at somepoint in store

I also believe these extras will make a comeback either on the Store or perhaps even on the Trading Post at some point.
I ended up contacting support who confirmed that there currently is no way to upgrade Dragonflight since the new expansion preorders have gone live.
They did say the rewards are likely to return to the shop at a later date

Upgrades of Dragonflight editions have indeed been removed as an option with the launch of the War Within preorder, but worry not! The rewards from these are likely to return at a later date, so keep an eye on the shop for any updates.
