how to get in touch with customer support when you cant add the files they are asking for?
Generally it’s an file type or size problem, what are you trying to add to which ticket?
It says this below the file attachment disclaimer:
Acceptable file formats are BMP, GIF, JPG, LOG, PCX, PDF, PNG, REP, SPX, TGA, TXT, SC2REPLAY and STORMREPLAY. You can attach up to 4 files, each no larger than 15MB.
It could also be browser adblockers causing issues.

Thing is, the files which supports wants are from cmd and some other stuff, and when i follow the guide blizzard have made, they either come up with the needed stuff not found or lack of the correct file i need to find
