How to get into dornogal with new character after campaign finish

Hello together, I have a question, that may be stupid:

I finished the tww campaign and hit level 80 on my main. Then I started leveling another character. Just now I hit level 70 with this new character and I have no idea how to get to dornogal or start the tww campaign. I didnt get any automatic quests like i did on my other character. Now i am standing in Orgrimmar and have no idea how to process…
i already went to dalaran manually and there I can only pick up the harbringer quest, not the quest that brings you into dornogal.

Can anyone help me and advice me how to process please!

Go to Dalaran in Legion and speak to Khadgar, where you spoke to him, when you did your first time with your main.

unfortunately he is not there. Only Alleria is there with her Harbringer quest.

Have you tried logging out and logging back in?

Sometimes those popup quests sometimes appear when you logout/log back in or even completely fly out of the city and fly back in again.

Try abandoning the harbinger quest. If not - complete it.

Look in your bags for the portal thingie to silithus

Correct, if you have the quest where you are being sent to Silithus and you get this vision moment, speaking to Thrall/Jaina there will offer you a skip directly to Donogal.

Why don’t you just use the portal on the lower level of Pathfinder Den… takes you straight there. You don’t need to do the campaign again, just start doing quests and stuff.

And if you want to do the campaigns anyway, theres an map in the ‘Delves HQ’ in Dornogal (the open building next to the inn).
