I have completed the “breaching the tomb” achievement back in 2020, I have completed “Balance of power” in 2021, however, i seem unable to get the mount from the vendor when I go to the class hall, there are no such option
On shaman i am not getting the quest to start the campaign, it seems to be bugged
i don’t think that helps with the mount questline. i’ve done all shaman questline last week and it was unnecessarily long.
check if you have the last 2 quests ‘‘carried on the wind’’ or ‘‘gathering of the storms’’ available .
None of them is there, when i go to Dalaran, an elemental follows me and leads me to Thrall, then it says “Thrall has an important message for you”, i talk to Thrall and he say something like “Stay strong, champion”, no quests, no anything
you’re probably lost in some point of the questline. is there any available quests on maelstorm ?(don’t forget to check trivial quests on map) or in your quest log under shaman or legionfall campaign ?
As far as I know (unless they’ve changed it recently) you can’t buy the class hall mounts unless there are more than one to choose from in which case you get one for doing the quest line and can then buy the others. This is true of Rogue and Paladin that I know of.
Shaman only have one class mount (an elemental to ride on, although it is a Fire Elemental for Elemental Spec and Water for Restoration Spec, it changes automatically you don’t buy the different ones).
i think they’re trying to get their first mount directly from the vendor without doing the quests but if i’m not wrong balance of power is just for artifact appearances

I’ve never finished Balance of Power myself. Now that it’s Account Wide I might do it though.
To get the class mount you need to do all the Order Hall Campaign and then Breaching the Tomb (once, alts don’t need to do it again anymore) then pick up a quest on Broken Shore to start a small quest chain that rewards the mount.
You need to complete the whole class hall questline and then some of the Broken Shore questline, you should have a quest for your class mount then.
And… accept Thrall’s quest, it’s the beggining of your class hall campaign, can’t get the mount without finishing it!
You need all the broken shore too then the quest will appear on the broken shore
The thing is that there’s no quest from Thrall
And with SL patch “breaching the tomb” is account-wide so with it you should be able to get the mount without putting too much effort in it

mount quest is short but there are prerequisite questlines for that , check the quest line from wowpedia and find out which quest is available or already active for you
i think you should be at ‘‘A humble request’’ at least
Not all of broken shore campaign, last month I did it with my druid, got the quest for the mount before the Marks of Sentinax quest.
As I said, you don’t need that achievement to get the quest, complete your class hall campaign and then start the Broken Shore one, before you’re even half through the quests you will get the quest for the mount.
- Complete Class Hall campaign (got no idea what’s the name of the achievement).
- Complete Breaching the Tomb achievement.
- On the Broken Shore at deliverence point near the construction board one of the NPCs should offer a quest that starts the chain that awards the mount. (make sure trivial quests are turned on)
You do need to recruit Legionfall class hall champion on each character. After that the mount quest will appear if you’ve completed breaching the tomb on another character.

I’ve had the same issue with Thrall on my twink shaman. Turned out I didn’t start the Legion questline at all. Go to Orgri and find the quest that brings you to the Broken Shore.
You need to complete your class order hall ql to earn the mount. If thrall hasn’t got any quests for you chances are you’re lost mid quest. Or the other option you need to turn on trivial quests so you can see them.
Try the Addon BtWQuest. It helped me complete that for my Paladin Class Mount from the Order Hall back in SL.
