I am trying to craft Silas’ Sphere of Transmutation from the BFA alchemy quest. I have everything except the Philosophers’ stone. The problem is that this item is from vanilla WoW and I can’t craft it. At first, I thought that it was possible to craft it with stuff from the trainer like the enchanting rod for enchanters but that’s not the case.
With the info I have at the moment, I will need to reach level 200 with WoW vanilla alchemy in order to craft it to be able to craft the Silas from BFA.
Anybody here knows another way to get a Philosophers’ stone ? Thanks.
You should be able to create a Siren’s Alchemist Stone straight off the bat in BfA. If not, it’s BoE, so just buy one.
“Can be used for transmutations in place of a Philosopher’s Stone.”
This message should be on many of the trinkets you can create. Those will serve as your philosopher’s stone, you don’t specifically need the first one. Also, bear in mind that you do not need to have it equipped to use it, you simply need to have one in your bags.
