How to get PVP itemlevel on tier set items?

Hello,

I got some tier set pieces out of the new raid. I saw some people have managed to get 489 PVP itemlevel on their tier set pieces.

Is there any item or how can I add PVP itemlevel on my dropped tier set pieces?

I believe it’s done by putting conquest gear in the catalyst. I’m not really sure though as I don’t PvP.

Or by spending the AOTC/KSM token and Fyrakk tokens on PvP items.

Conquest gear, weekly vault gear, bloody token gear upgraded with the weekly open pvp currency are all upgradeable with the catalyst you can find in thaldrazsus.
