How to get PvP set in Dragonflight

Hi Folks,

Apologies for the noob question however I havent long purchased Dragonflight and noticed quite alot of the players in PvP have item sets however I have no idea how they come about them.

I’ve tried to look at the guides on WoW Head however being honest, it confuses the hell out of me.

Long story short … all I want is a direct explaination (or quickest way) on what I need to do to get the item sets so that I can work towards acquiring them. I know how to get the honour and conquest gear … its just the set item gear that Im after.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In short the catalyst allows you to convert a piece of gear to a tier set equivalent for the same slot.

You buy pvp chest piece for example with conquest —> you put it in the catalyst —> you get chest piece as tier

Crafted gear cant be turned into tier set pieces, unless they changed it?

No you can’t turn crafted gear into tier sets.

you just buy conquest pieces from vendor and turn them into tier set piece with the catalyst, and you also get one set piece of your choosing from 1600 rating with object put to your bag that you trade to a npc :slight_smile:
