Title sounds like a joke, just like how this company manages to balance things. Even during pre-patch, the S3 tier, which is 489 ilvl seems to be BiS for Survival in PvE content.
How do I get a hold of it ? I can probably item restore my PvP set, but its ilvl can’t get to 489.
