This is a good reason why PVP gear has caused so much issue in BFA I literally can’t find any information about how to acquire the [Sinister Gladiator’s Halberd] appearance. Aspirant gear is rewarded from random BGs.
Gladiator Gear is rewarded from Conquest cap(First one each season), PvP weekly chest(you get access to it if you got your conquest cap or did sam rated PvP) and from the Brawl Quest.
Elite Gladiator gear if rewarded from Rated PvP.
So by that logic the item is a Gladiator item so you get it from the sources mentioned above.
But this item looks like something from season 1 so might not be available given that there’s no horde equivelant. They made this probably for some testing and it’s just a leftover in the database. So I would say that until they introduce some sort of vendors for previous seasons stuff you can’t get it. But you can get version with slightly muted colors from Blacksmithing or with brighter colors from Arathi Warfront.
