Hi guys. I changed this Warrior from Human to Draenei yesterday, I left him long ago at lvl 50, now I want to get him to 70, what’s the quickest way? I don’t want to waste my money on a lvl 70 boost token, because I’ve taken him so far. Thanks.

50 to 60, run dungeons or find some content you’ve not completed and run it through the timewalking.
Once 60, just go through the DF cotent.

WoD is quite good for leveling if you’ve not done that before. Set up a garrison and do the quests in the first zone, you’ll be 60 in no time (if you do the intro scenario then you’ll be 55 before you even get to your garrison).
60 to 70 is just do the quests again. Won’t take that long.

Follow the questlines.
50-60 is superfast. 5-6 quests = 1 level
60-70 is a bit slower, but on casual (4 hours a day while doing some crafting stuff) you do 2 levels a day easily.

Like others wrote already, 50-61 is fast if you just queue for LFD, even outside of Timewalking. Faster yet if you tank. 61-70 drags if you don’t get boosted, and it’s much faster if you do TW dungeons instead. So I’d wait until next Wednesday when we get a new TW event.

Play your favourite music and just grind away, levelling will feel so much faster.

To level 60-70 you can tag elite mobs in Nokhudon Hold, they give 2k exp per kill, you will be 70 i no time.
From 10-60 just do some content you haven’t done, talk to chromie, sign up for dungeons and while you wait just do quests.
Once you get 70, you can do the emerald dream questline to get flightstones and ilvl 415+ gear. You can also farm dreamsurge and trade in that gear at the catalyst to get season 2 tier set bonus and transmog, doing it this way can only get you the raid finder look.

Whether he chooses to spend money or not, a levelling boost is the quickest way.
This is my point, if he doesn’t want the quickest way, don’t buy the boost, but if he does, it is the quickest way.
If you have a max level friend you can have him farm elites in nokhud offensive. Simply trail him while he does this and depending on his gear and class/spec, you should be able to go from 60 to 70 within I’d say a good 5 hours. Gotta make sure there aren’t others trying to farm this as well, otherwise the farm might slow but this is guaranteed the fastest way outside of purchasing the boost.
I suppose you can pay for a carry but 1 that’ll be insanely expensive and 2 that sounds very very boring.

If you can handle other people then dungeons. If you don’t know how to conduct yourself with randoms just quest in WoD or Legion and then DF after 60.

If you’re good with waiting for about a week, wait until Timewalking. With tank spec and exp given per dungeons, you’ll be 70 in 1-2 chill evenings. Usually it’s around 1/2 level per TW dungeon.
If not, check if you’ve visited WoD on this char. Draenor introduction will be fastest 50-60 period.
If you have it done already – just spam classic dungeons till 60.
And then you have options either to quest or to spam DF normal dungeons. Both are good – questing is easy and gives good amount of exp, and dungs will be steamrolled since there is almost always at least one geared 70 who can clear whole dungeon solo.
