How to get your neck as a new character

Where do we find it? I haven’t been given a quest or anything.

You need to hit lvl 50 for the quest to pop.

The filthy twinks use an exploit to get it!
They party with level 50 and then do BfA dungeons. When lvl 50 loot an Azerite armor piece, he trade it with the low level and then the quests for Magni pops to them.

You can get Hearth of Azeroth at level 10 that way but I think its a bug/exploit and I reported it. Do the same!

Hang on, so a new player has to go through BFA as soon as they’re done with Exiles reach, but they can’t get the Heart of Azeroth till they’re level 50, therefore questing and levelling all this time without a Neck piece as BFA content doesn’t drop necks like Legion content didn’t drop weapons?

You will get HoA pretty soon after getting in BFA, getting to use essences will be problematic.

So I hit 50, i have the main neck now. But how do we progress this further to get the cloak etc? Because i’m given no quests now.

I can’t even enter the chamber of heart?
