How you switch between you and your teammate to heal? How to switch in 3x3 and how to do it fast? When I started to play healer ( dc priest), as a newbie, I used a mouse to switch between me and party member, then wrote macros on all healing spells to heal me and party member. But it doesn’t work in 3x3 and a little bit hard…
To play Sham, I don’t have so many buttons, and I stack on that question. I create macro for arena1,2,3 to purge, hex etc, and macro for party1,2,me to fast dispel. But, what to do with healing spells? Thats too much buttons…and i have a lot of totems and spells…Please, help me or advice me how to switch between me and my party members on 3x3 arena. Maybe i can use Tab for it and somewhere in game i can configure it? Or advise me something to read or watch.

I use alt-heal for myself and switch only between 2 targets. You could also have macros to change targets between 1-3 and then cast the appropriate spell but that means u have to find 3 available keystrokes and also be super accessible. I play with around 37 key binds and i struggle to find some more on my keyboard that could suit me…

I found targeting option and feels like idiot now
