How to hide "info" icons above friendly NPCs Nameplate

Hi folks… I’ve noticed something new on my UI which is an icon appearing above friendly NPCs. For example a vendor will have the vendor bag icon above the nameplate or the information NPCs that provide directions have the “scroll” icon.

I have always had the mouseover icon (same icon that appears now above the nameplate). I am using Plater and ElvUI but not idea how this got turned on. Its not a huge problem but I’m finding it a little distracting. Hope someone can point me in the right direction.

I’ll attach an example screenshot if I can. Can anyone advise how I might have turned this on (and can I turn it off)?

Options > Accessibility > General > Interact Key Icons: Show None
