How to hide questing elements

Hello, I’m a glutton for punishment. I’d like to know if there’s a way to remove the exclamation marks and question marks above NPC heads. I have the ‘advance interface options’ but alas… not sure what I should be looking for. I’m unsure if there’s a more straightforward way I’m just missing.

All suggestions are welcome!

You can hide “Trivial Quests” from the “Tracking” option on the minimap.

You cannot hide quests appropriate to your level.

I know, but what you are looking for, doesn’t exist as a player option.

You could always ALT+Z, if you are looking to hide them for a screenshot. But that hides everything.
