How To Increase View Distance Without Fog?

I have a few questions regarding WoW’s graphics. I’m running DirectX11 (Because ReShade won’t work with DirectX 12). but the settings here are, pretty outdated. And the graphics for the game are too, to an extent?

I have a few questions though.

  1. How do I increase the view distance? (I tried Farclip, it only shows the rest of the map)
  2. How do I remove fog/mist from the map?
  3. If there is no way to do the above, is there any addon or tools that I can use to edit those? I heard there was a Machinima tool that could be used for it, but, where do get and how do I get such a thing to work?
  4. Is there a way to get ReShade to work in DirectX 12?
  5. Is there a way to change the time of day? I want to get some nice screenshots and if there’s a nice setting during a time of day, I’d like to capture that.

There is “farclip” determining how terrain around the horizon is rendered) and “horizonStart” (determining the actual rendering distance of everything). Both go from 0 to 10.000.

I have started an addon to manage the graphics settings in WoW. It is far from finished but you can already use it to play around with some settings. https://github.com/LudiusMaximus/Graphit
