How to Keybind!

Yo Guys… im just leave my useless Fury Warrior for switch to enhancement shaman.

I hope to do my favourite content (M+) with more facility (Starting to find a group in less than 2 days).

Anyway, do you have some tips about keybinds?

Someone can share his setup for play this amazing class?

Im trying to use Chain Lightning and Lightning bolt on CTRL+1 and CTRL+2 cuz all other standard stuff for dps are from 1 to 5. But i feel c1 and c2 are not reactive like other buttons…
And where to put crash lightning? it should be used like a buff for dmg? Use on cd?

Sorry for my english… Not my motherlanguange and probably full of errors…

Thank you for who want to help <3

I wouldn’t advice binding a button that you might spam to 2 buttons. you just double the clicks per minute while pressing those abilities.

I’d advice in just starting to use the rest of the buttons near your WASD. Buttons like Q,E,R,T,F,G,Z,X,C,V. For keys that you still want to use (like reply with R), I just rebind them with shift (like I reply with shift-R), and of course rebind A and D to strafe and switch turn to shift-A and shift-D.

It will take some time to get used to, but it HEAVILY increases the number of buttons you can press. Keep it mind that this is mainly preference and you can find what works best for you. Also some rules still apply, like keys close to your movement keys work best for reducing time, and sticking to keys without modifiers (shift/ctr) will also reduce your response time (for spells you spam or want to use reactively).

I use ESDF to move. That opens up q, w, r, t, 3,4, a, g, z, x, c for keybinds. PLus you can also combine all of these with Ctrl and with Alt. Good luck!

Additionally to what the guys said i also use keybinds like:

  1. ~ (tilde) and also with shift
  2. shift-spacebar
  3. Tab
  4. middle mouse wheel button press + with shift but for basic things.
Generally i prefer shift over ctrl

I ve set Alt from the interface for self-casting things.
My movement keys are QWES. U never need to rotate with A/D holding right mouse click is better for that… I completely vanished the R from reply. That key is the default interrupt key for any class i make. Also shift+R is super accessible. T as well…

Also thanks @Razgard u ve given me a nice idea to bind the movement keys with shift. Damn thats another 4 keybinds!!! thx
I am officially to 48 now…
