How to learn Recipe: vial of the sands

I’ve been fortunate enough to dig up the Recipe: vial of the sands from Archaeology, however I’m struggling to understand how I’m supposed to “learn” the recipe. At the bottom of the recipe, it says it requires Cataclysm Alchemy (75). I thought Cataclysm released like 10 years ago? I’m playing dragon flight at the moment, and getting my alchemy level to 75 doesn’t seem to allow me to ‘learn’ the recipe. Is there any way to downgrade my Alchemy/subscription to Cataclysm so I can learn the recipe?

In order to learn it you need to go back to an alchemy trainer in Orgrimmar and learn Cataclysm alchemy.

Professions are separated into expansion brackets, and each recipe that drops from old content belongs into one. In this case you need to level Cataclysm alchemy to 75 in order to be able to learn the recipe.

As Kyoth said you will need to go to your faction capital and learn alchemy. Do not be put off by it as it can be a fun - remember though with the Vial of the Sands you will need to transmute bars so you may have level cata blacksmith on another toon too - or you can check the AH to see if anybody is still making them and selling them. It is worth the time investment if the mounts are still selling for 50k+

I think since BFA profession are separated into categories
like Classic/TBC/Wotlk etc.
So you need to go and learn cataclysm
it’s like few min of work buy cheap material from AH and you good

CG to your recipe drop
