How to get JC up to 80+?
If you don’t have any unlearned recipes that grant skill-ups, I would assume that’s what the “increases chance to grant skill increase” finishing reagent is for.
You get renown and learn recipes like the rest of the professions probably.
There’s a few Renown recipes for Illimited Diamonds that don’t require Sparks of Ingenuity to make.
Holy crap, so im stuck if i chose to level JC on my alt that i dont actively play and it only stays in cities. No other way to level up JC without all this stuff. New profession revamp is bad
It’s the first patch of the expansion so it goes like this. Chances are they will make it easier to level professions in future patches.
Also sometimes you get to loot an item that increases your professions level. That’s also not a way for a character sits on main city too.
Where do u get those items from?
As a miner and herbalist u obviously get them from mining nodes and herbs, but what about JC?
I get them from random mobs, bosses, chests and world satchels. Probably you can get them from anywhere.
Also, there is a recipe for jewelcrafters with 20 hour cooldown. I’ve been using that daily, not sure how far you can get with that tho.
It’ll happen with time, you do not need to reach level 100, there is no gain for doing so, other than having +20 skill to craft recipes with.
Profession progression comes primarily from the knowledge point you accrue. You already have access to all recipes at 50 profession skill.

Where is that recipe from? Im stuck at 80 skill for like a few days already and dont know how to advance further

So where does the money making lie? I remember crafting epiv gems during Legion that made me a lot of money.
There are epic gems too now, but they require waaay more mats for a single craft as well as BOP items.
And i can’t even craft them, because i got only like 10 JC Knowledge, and u need like 40+ to unlock them
I don’t think we have ever had access to epic gems at the start of an expansion. Those usually came at a later tier, so I would imagine you have rather restricted access to them now.

I’m quite sure those were epics. I made about 6m gold within first 3 months. I was making a token worth of gold each day back then. It was like printing money
Yes, you aren’t wrong, there were epic gems; but they weren’t added until much later into the expansion.
Legion had to be the exception, cuz i remember selling them in october 2016
