How to make npc names font larger?

Is it supposed to be so small? It’s so small the font is pixelated. Im running fullscreen 1920x1080 resolution on a 15 inches screen; the game looks beautiful and not pixelated at all,in fact everything is smooth, clear and sharp look at, but npc texts are so tiny the text itself breaks apart it seems.

(idk what is up with that “category” you have to choose, there’s a gazzillion to choose from but no one seems to relate to interface or graphics; so hopefully I posted this question the correct place in the Community General Discussion)
