I’m almost sorry I boost this toon for Dragonflight.
A rogue feels very weak in Zereth Mortis even at 230 ilevel. Can’t hit mobs hard enough and easily dies.
And why not class change as a paid service?

eh rogue is one of the best dps in the game l2p
It’s easy to say l2p, when all gear has the correct stats, all spells are on bar and still the damage output is still low.
maybe try watching a class guide and learning your rotation?
A bit late at this point, but you can always try the class as a trial before boosting it, to avoid having a boosted class you dislike.
In terms of being weak, doing Zereth Mortis in low ilvl gear is not much of a measure of how strong the class will be in endgame Dragonflight content.
But if you hate the Rogue, just level something else.
As Vrahoun pointed out during ZM in low ilvl gear is a bad measure to determine how strong the class is. Currently in raids the spec is absolutely fine. ZM also has scaled up mobs during pre patch the last time i checked.
230 ilvl is also in general a very bad indicator given the max ilvl one can achieve is 311. And if i deduct the 2 lego slots then its something like 308/309.
230 ilvl as a pure dps (can’t open world tank spec) is low to be honest. If I were you I would try up the ilvl. Do heroic dungeons, 249 ilvl and lfr.
You gonna feel big difference once ilvl goes up.
Versatility
Outlaw rogue is the hardest spec in the game to play, so I wouldn’t recommend just playing it as an alt. If you can’t solo a little mob though, it seems like you don’t even know your abilities, so maybe read your ability book instead asking in forums, why you can’t kill an open world trash mob
Rogue is the “weakest” class in the game in terms of fighting mobs/elites solo and such. They are simply not made for it. Especially at lower gear levels.
All other meele have very good “chain kill” health recovery passives so they can keep killing:
What a brainlet answer to a serious topic. It seems like you are the one completely in the dark on this subject. Maybe try playing a rogue and see how you handle it? We are curious.
And a long time rogue main I used to play with could never understand why other melee specs couldn’t solo 2 or 3 elites. Personally, I struggle with solo content on the rogue, but she was skilled enough to make use of all its defensive and cc utility while still pumping damage.
I know right this guy calling rogue weak btw for fun i leveled up as a holy priest and i leveled this rogue as assasssin
all solo questing for you see Plague i have all but 2 classes to 60 because blood elves can’t be them
personally i’m not a fan of combat or rather outlaw
Shadowpriest or UH DK is harder imo. Demo seems easy to pick up but it’s an odd spec compared to most others because of the minion management, eg on how to time an Implo, your Tyrant etc.
Sub rogue too is unforgiving, or Assa’s AoE if it’s similar to the SL spec.
You’ve just demonstrated why it’s a bad idea.
