How to open a ticket

So i went through the ticket opening process 15 times and it seems to not allow me to open one. I bought a character Transfer and for some reason it declined my credit card. Afterwards i paid for it by paypal with the same card and my transfer was completed. Now i cant log into the character as it states that i cannot login until the character update process is complete. Any help ?

There are some issues that you are no longer permitted to make tickets about, because they are issues a GM cannot assist with anyway. You are expected to either refer to wowhead for hints and information, or to use a self-help system. This was done (presumably) to stop the deluge of tickets that GM’s cant help with, from tying up GMs.

However, this does not sound as if it’d fall into one of those classes of problem.

Can I ask what options you are choosing to try and make the ticket?

There is one option which is exactly my problem. It states character stuck after server transfer payment completed. It says to open a ticket with them but when i press on it it just brings me back to the support page beginning

It sounds like you were in the right place already for opening the ticket, but maybe ran into some browser issues. If you’re still having problems, using a different web browser may help (making sure not to use any browser addons/extensions as well).
