Holding right-click will prevent auto-facing of your character. It’s not compatible with mouseover healing tho.

Well, another thing that prevents auto-facing is moving, that is compatible with the mouseover style. I don’t think it’s possible to remove auto-facing via a macro command or anything like that, it’s just baked into the ability if you stand still.
