How to remove parental controls?

Berny want access ingame shop, but no button appears. Turns out, parental controls active.

Berny tried removing parental controls, but no options to do so. Cannot enter parental portal either. Berny email receives weekly report on activity. Berny assume that must be email connected to parental control. But, when logging to portal, Berny has to write 6-digit code over and over and over and over and over and over.

Berny tried ticket, but no response 20 hours. Any forum blue help Berny spend money?

No one on the forums can help you except point you to the support article.

All you can do is wait for your ticket to be answered.

Resync your authenticator.

You can disable restrictions in the Parental Controls Dashboard. If you want to completely remove Parental Controls from your account, contact us.
