There are no bad leaders. The real baddies are like Thrall and Gazlowe who dared to make peace. They need to be removed ant the war rekindled. ONly if the Alliance is totally anihilated from the face of Azeroth can there be lasting peace.

IMagine being alliance vermin. All the filthy traitors who accept peace must be purged and flailed outside the walls of Orgrimmar. Only if all traitors are dead and the alliance destroyed the true Horde dominance over all of Azeroth can begin.
Since vanilla both factions cooperated and for game design reason got to the same raids and got the same loot. Since first expansion factions cooperated story wise. Early on faction made some sense among the playerbase coming from Warcraft 3 and earlier but soon thereafter it became just artificial playerbase division which combined with TBC/WoTLK racials imbalance created faction imbalance. Racials got fixed but the imbalance was already there and snowballed just based on probability.
And since few expansions there is no good story and 99% of WoW characters become a meme or trash players can’t really get behind something unless it’s anger on Blizzard or the game.
