Hello, I am still a bit new into WoW, or atleast with the portal locations and so on. And I been looking up ways how to get to back to Argus as I was doing quests there before but most of them are outdated and are not in those locations anymore. Could someone help me with what location I can find a way to get back there or what NPC I need to talk to?

There should be some sort of yellow object on krasus landing in Legion Dalaran, try to interact with it.

Just to add. On the map the teleport Smokee mentions should show up as yellow triangular thing. You can also find this objects around argus and use them like flight paths.
