3v3 arena andies are so ego inflated, they don’t even wanna share the same title with solo shuffle “legends” and don’t wanna give them the mount, even though barely anyone is over 2400 anyway 
Isn’t that funny… Just accept it: Arena is dead. Solo shuffle is on life support thanks to casuals trying to get certain transmog there. If you made the rewards more available, you’d all instantly think the gamemodes die over might, which says a lot. Look how many people try to go for the M+ title even after getting KSHero. I’ll keep playing solo shuffle for titles like “crimson duelist”, if they decide to give people titles for every rating, but stop being so weird and cringe over making rewards exclusive, because nobody cares. I even made the compromise to give arena 3v3 a special recolour for the ego andies not being able to cope with making their rewards more available look: If you a game mode can’t be kept alive without tons of rewards, maybe it’s just not a good game mode? What is the competitive value of wow arena, if your biggest concern is the mount you get? Zero.

Look how raiders are comfortable letting casuals farm their mythic raiding mounts and transmog, while pvpers want prestige and derive ego from the video game. Community difference I guess between PvE and PvP. Same with the MDI ournament: M+ completely imbalanced and people just enjoy the show still and are chill, while in AWC you have constant spam crying over MMR with copy pasta. The pvp community is also so fragile that they don’t even wanna let people get elite sets from previous seasons, because “muuh prestige”, while all other players in PvE don’t care lol. I love doing PvP, but the pvp community is so weird in wow over ego-things. It says a lot, when LoL players care way less about that stuff, even though their game is extremely skill-based and fully balanced around pvp. I play wow pvp for fun alone, but the reward system pushes me into shuffle, which is annoying.
Ah yes, tell them to bring back old challenge mode gear, mage tower artifact weapon skins and everything. Some will like it and some will hate it. Just the same as it is in PvP, its just you being blind for the… what did you say? 3 months youve played? So you most likely havent looked up much except for the current season.
You also have to remember its only the minority who writes here. So its always the few who makes the loudest noise when something isnt right. But you also have to see and understand what ppl are complaining about.
Some people say 3s is dead while some say it isnt. Did you look through statistics perhaps or did you just blindly believe that its truly dead couz of someones comment?
I remember you saying its not worth it if theres no rewards? And the honor lvl rewards are trash because you dont like them?
LoL only has PvP and its their main focus.
WoWs main focus is PvE and PvP is second.

Noone is telling you that you have to play shuffle. You can go around playing BGs for all you care, if you enjoy PvP and like BGs then big rewards should be second nature not first.
You believe people are chill about the imbalance in m+? LOL. Have you been blind about ppl complaining that its only 5 specs going on?

Yeah they complain in the forum. However, look at the twitch chat for both game modes. It’s really really big mental maturity difference between the 2 communities. Also, look how extremely toxic people in shuffle are verbally. They don’t have their emotions under control and say the most vile things risking their account. Then you have M+ players, who have others waste 1 hour of them, because they can’t play scripted mechanics and they don’t even type about it and are just annoyed/sad internally or complain in the forum (the place, where people should complain). It’s a huge mental gap between the 2 communities sadly. Maybe that’s because blizzard is pandering too much to the mentally immature people? I think my suggestion would make PvP extremely popular and almost every wow player would fill their season pass/renown almost every season, including lots of PvE players, and in the end: Having an alive and socially rich pvp game is more important than the boosting market and prestige of a handful of gladiators

People like to play for fun AND rewards because getting rewards IS fun. Putting in effort and practice over a long period of time and finally getting the reward feels good. Feels way better than just getting a participation trophy.
Not every person is competetive which is fine. You are not. All good but players are different.
Ive both seen and in been in m+ where ppl have been massively toxic lol. Not towards me but man, ive seen plenty of them so its not just “PvP” who are toxic.
M+ and raiding got a huge amount of boosters aswell. What do you suggest would make them not operatable? Maybe make +20 gear only at +2?

Your suggestion could work if the game didnt exist for x amount of years already. You are asking to strip rewards from arena brackets to fuel it somewhere else because you are not happy with either the current rewards or new additional rewards they could add instead because somehow that would be too much rewards.
It would result in Arena brackets dying out because even less ppl would even play or try it anymore couz theres literally no point in doing so for alot of ppl, still, only you who truly believes somewhere ppl would actually put “more effort” into arena brackets when they dont have to.
You can already que into BGs, you can already play them. So even if you do not deem it as “popular” theres still ppl playing it, you, or we even, dont know statistics for how many current players there is in normal BGs.
I am extremely competitive as a human in general. I just don’t play wow pvp for competitive reasons at all. I play wow pvp to chill. Because trying to become competitive in wow pvp is just a really stupid life decision noone should do in 2023, unless they are millionaires and never have to work again anyway

I’m saying to not make it exclusive to the arena bracket, but still give a permanent tabard and title for every single rating threshold, seasonal elite achievement for Duelist (not glad) (said this in another thread) and a glad mount recolour for gladiator. If you think that kills the arena bracket, you’re really lost. Lots of people would rather get 2100 than getting KSH or killing mythic sark

Just means you dont want it enough and dont want to put in the effort. 
Its not like you have to play every single day for 8x hours to get it, if you are good and are a fast learner you could even get it this season with the right comp. Its just that you actually want it.
I havent been glad once, havent been bothering much about it either. Im not sad I dont get the exclusive rewards from it. I dont feel unrewarding for doing BGs either because I see it as just something fun every now and then. Its more your personal view on what would make BGs worth your time or not. The way you write and argue makes it feel like you dont like it at all unless, like you said, that you get properly rewarded based on your ideas otherwise its bad.

So my question is, why would you not be happy with your own reward in your “battlepass” instead have to take from arena brackets? And dont come with the excuse of “too many rewards”.
Because if you are challenger in LoL, you can have your cam turned off and get thousand viewers, who just wanna be as skilled as you, while in wow you can be rank 1 and you get like 5, and if you tryhard with cam and be funny, you maybe get 20 This is because skill in LoL is respected.

I don’t look down on wow pvpers. I’m a wow pvper myself. I got 27 honor levels in 3 months, because I had a lot of free time this semester. However, the strength of wow pvp is the fun of doing it, but it’s inferior on a competitive level. Arena would also be kind of fun, if it wasn’t so toxic. I’m almost 2k on my alt, which means that I’m already like in the top 300 of EU on that spec according to the leaderboard in solo shuffle, and I don’t even understand most abilities How can someone take that seriously? On top of that wow pvp apparently is full of boosters, botters, cheaters, etc. What is the point of gatekeeping rewards? I mean just have real ranked rewards showing your rating, but a glad mount? Why not give such a reward to all people, who play every week the entire season for fun, so they have a reason to play. Your reason to tryhard and be an elite is useless for the health of the game, because that’s not wow’s strength as a game.
Im not going to argue with someone who is clearly extremely obsessed with certain rewards only he deems is rewarding and refuse to accept new rewards for the actual gameplay he wants.
You can keep going around in words as much as you want, but im also quite clear if they made WoW even less rewarding for actual rated PvP id just quit. Didn’t M+ players beg for ages to get unique title for finishing that season high? A quick glance on twitter and forum over the years have shown M+ scene to be equally toxic.
Not to mention, the amount of drama from world first races.
