I thought this was account bound, Im not exalted on a hunter, but on my main I got the book sent it to my hunter, but it says requires Order of the Cloud Serpent-Exalted.
Wasnt this supposed to be acc wide tho?
Is your Hunter BM? It is classified as a Spirit Beast, that may be a reason?
Hi this is the poster above, I’ve just checked now, the tome needs to be learnt by the exalted character, so in your case the main, it should then open it for the hunter.

You learn the book on the character you bought it on.
You sent it to your hunter, send it back.
It then unlocks the ability account wide.
