While i know about incredible amounts of gold people pay to obtain rare mount like swift zulian tiger via black market, i still dont understand the technical side of it. Supposedly i have this tiger in my collection. Will i be able to sell it and how? Or it only works for mounts which weren’t used yet (but are in your bag)?
Stuff in your bag & if the seller has a card with a code you can redeem for the mount
Most mounts cannot be sold between players. Black Market is a gold sink and all gold put into it is completely removed from the game and is NPC run.

Mounts learned cannot be sold.
If the mount is in your bag, but not soulbound it can be sold.
The black market items aren’t posted by players
