I just flew from dalaran to thunder totem. I hoped to start earning rep there for unlocking the highmountain tauren.
But coming there I found no quests. Where should I go or what should I do.
I do have the achievement '*no mountain high enough (part 1 of 2 to unlock this race)
The quest starts at legion artifact. First u get that. Then When u enter ur class hall click the map and select cowmountain.
If ur looking for world quests, speak to failed human traitor mage in the Dalaran Tower.
If this guide is correct, you should be able to pick it up at the embassy in Orgrimmar

Did you get the artifact weapon? Open up class hall? Unlock wq?
No I did 0% legion content. Why would I need to play a previous expansion content to unlock a new race… that’s so stupid…

So get artifact weapon + world quests?
Because HM is not a “new” race, technically they came out in Legion with the Void elves
Stupid or not, you have to play some content (meaning around 5 min to get your artifact and sellect HM first in your order hall map) and if you want Legion WQ content, yep, you need to play legion to unlock the Legion WQ content; strange I know
Well you can wait for Shadowlands expac to come out, then they will be unlocked without requirements, (Eta) or less at least.
And how do you have the Highmountain lore achievement if you did 0 Legion content?

You should be able to do the Highmountain quest chain at several different locations.
One of them is southwest of thundertotem. At the flight path near some kind of wooden tower. near riverbend
Your nickname and thread has good synergy
Have you enabled " trivial quests " on minimap tracking drop-menu ?
Because that’s when the highmountain were introduced.
It’s almost like they want you to know the lore of the race!
It’s not sure yet - for now it seems that the reputation requirements will be removed, but you still will need to complete the story for them.

I thought I would be upfront so people know what to expect you know I am really happy with this expansion. Normally I just stop playing after I level to max. This time there is so much content.
I think it was the boost (which I never used before) that got me so confused.

Well he said himself he did 0% of the content and didn’t specify he was only talking about the one character so I’m sure you can understand my confusion
