How to track Mage Tower artifact tints progression?

I need to clarify, since in most threads online, people misunderstand what is being asked.

I am NOT asking about the “hidden artifact appearance”… I am asking about the Mage Tower appearance. :slight_smile:

I already have the base Mage Tower appearance, from back in Legion on my Unholy Death Knight, and the only tint/color variation I have left, is the “win 10 rated BGs” one.

Is there a way for me to track my progression on it? :confused:

I know there is a addon named “Hidden Artifact Tracker”, which also tracks the mage tower ones… But it is now outdated as of patch 10.0, and only throws LUA errors.

I am kind of hoping that the new BG Blitz will count towards the artifact tint, since joining AND winning in a Rated BG group, is the worst thing to ever exist in WoW… :sweat_smile: So whether or not BG Blitz currently, or in the future will counts towards unlocking the Mage Tower PvP tint, I would love a way to track the progression. :slight_smile:

EDIT:

I saw a thread that says the achievement was changed to being unlockable through “brawls”?? Is that info correct?

Since that would mean that there are other ways of unlocking the tint, besides doing “Rated BGs” specifically.

I’ve scoured the web and unfortunately I can’t find anything. It seems you would have to have the appearance mogged on the character who originally earnt it and win 10 RBGs on them. There doesn’t seem to be an achievement to track the mage tower skin unlocks, I find that very odd, so you’d have to do it manually.

I tried separating them, but it wouldn’t let me unfortunately. :slight_smile:

Yeah it seems no one actually has a solution on how to track it (if possible). The Death Knight I am playing, is the same character as the one I earned the base appearance on as well.

I guess I’m just gonna have to win 10 BG Blitz, and see if it unlocks it then. :confused: And if not, then do it again when BG Blitz someday officially becomes a “rated BG” mode.

Do none of the scripts work any more to track progress? I think the only ones I had left to do post Legion were PvP honor level ones, and that took until last expansion to clock off because I barely touch the mode.

Most scripts I have been able to find, were to track the hidden artifact appearance tints unfortunitaly. :confused:

And a small update, BG Blitz does not count towards the “win 10 RBGs” tint either… I just tested it by winning 10, and still no tint.

I HOPE they make sure to add Blitz as a valid way of earning the tint, once it becomes properly rated with ratings and all… :confused:
