I got my new evoker on the dragon expansion: and i read this:
Alt characters will gain access to Dragonriding talents after picking up the quest Adventuring in the Dragon Isles , and will be able to instantly put talent points as long as you have Dragon Glyph Embers available.
i just did this and it doesnt show, i am confused how to unlock this
*******OKAY, people seem to already made tickets for this, thats it not showing on the minimap since 3 days now.
my friend found something to do: /run DragonridingPanelSkillsButtonMixin:OnClick()
i did then /reload and do it again: /run DragonridingPanelSkillsButtonMixin:OnClick()
Then dragonriding talent tree shows up. but minimap is still hidden.
ah oke. I checked my cache, and i am afriad to delete the whole thing. back in the days they said WTF folder right? now cache? sorry but i am not good with these things, dont wanna mess things up even more

ps: on my other 70 classes Minimap summary is showing, just not on my new character. Weird
The bug effected all characters under level 70, so it will be fine on your 70 one.
It’s perfectly safe to delete the cache folder, you won’t loose any in game settings by doing so. (The WTF folder is where settings are saved so don’t touch that).
Just delete the cache folder completely or everything that is inside it. WoW will recreate the folder/files on next start up and that will fix the bug.
Note that the bug is much more than just DR talents, it prevents you accessing renown button and using the Valdraken portal, and Mount customization too, amonst other things. Deleting Cache will solve all of them.
