Hello, I just started grinding old content and really want to unlock all legion artifacts if possible. I couldn’t do any questline with my main character which any quest unacceptable for some reason. How can I grind legion artifacts?
Probably some phasing issues at work there as you should be able to do it. Have you done the Legionfall scenario? You can usually get that straight off the warboard. You have to do it once on your account and then it is skippable on all alts.

Yes, I played introduce campaign back in legion dlc and its skippable.
I find that simply showing up in Dalaran (Legion version) on characters that haven’t done it makes the artifact guy show up and ruin my day.
Also, if you’re high level, you may need to make “low level quests” visible on your minimap

Okay, have you done the TWW intro?
Generally on alts I get the broken shore quest, skip it to be teleported to Dalaran and hand that it (or my hearthstone never works) wait about a bit and someone from my class hall pesters me. If they’re max level I usually have to skip the TWW intro for the phasing to sort itself out, too.

Skipping does no problem, just doing all campaign to see what happens.
