I unlocked the vulpera and the zandalari. Now I want to unlock the highmountain taurens.
But I can’t figure out where to start… Can someone tell me where I can go to get started with getting rep ect
Highmountain zone.
That’s it really.
Highmountain, in Legion area, you start the quest at your order all and then speak to kadagr in Krasus in Dalaran. Then you are send for the storyline. after that storyline you have to use World quest to grind up to exalted

Thank you so much! I will check a little later in the evening. hopefully I can do it before the rep grind stops 
I think with the 100% bonus rep you can just do the entire HM questline and hit exalted.
In case it’s of any use:-
Naraxas in Neltharion’s Lair gives 250 rep per kill (500 with the current buff) so it’s something extra to do.

Turns out I am neutral with the highmountain tribe in legion. I don’t have any quest at the order hall (this was a lvl boosted character) My best guess is that I just level up with quests a bit in that area and then unlock my starting quest?
Check the scouting map/mission table.
Did you click on your scouting map in your class’ guild hall? Clicking on the map has all zones with a massive “!” in the middle, that starts off your questing in that zone.
(Edit). Ahh you’re a 120 boost. Hmm… have you started any legion content starting with the cinematic intro and all that shmazzle? it may require you to do that.
No I have not started any legion content.
I’m getting frustrated because I just don’t know how to even begin…
Get to Orgrimmar. Then relog if the quest doesn’t pop up.
That could be your problem. Try one of the message boards in Orgrimmar, there might be a starting point there that starts you off in the legion story.
I see jade forest / twilight highlands / mount hyjal only… 
Head over to the Broken Isles Dalaran and see what you can find.
Question for someone who’s never played legion: do contracts like bfa exists?
They don’t, no. But Legion reps without the 100% rep buff give twice as much rep that BfA ones give. Add 100% buff on top of that and they go really fast.
