How to unlock Tiragarde Sound World Quests?

I have Friendly reputation with “Proudmoore Admiralty”, “Storm`s Wake” and “Order of Embers” but Halford Wyrmbane is not giving me any quests.

Wowhead says that you have to complete “A Mission of Unity” and “Uniting Kul Tiras” quests to unlock World Quests. Is there a quest chain which I have to complete before these two?

PS: I found something about Vol`dun, Zuldazar, Nazmir Footholds before starting these quests but to start these Footholds you have to speak with the same NPC too. I cant get anything from him.

Go to your questlog and check what’s under the War Campaign cateogry. In order to unlock world quests on your first toon you need to unlock those 3 footholds, it can be done during leveling also. But in order to start doing it you need to gether 100 war resources first and get your first champion and troops.

War Campaign section should either have quest you’re on for the war campagin or the information who you should go to in order to continue the war campaign.

Thanks! I didnt notice this “War Campaign” thingy in the “Map & Quest Log” before. Im OK now.
