After a I boosted a character to 120, Or just faction change my 120 boost, what steps do I do to unlock a Zandalari? I’m new to the game and haven’t had a 120 character before other than my night elf boost that I’ll be faction changing.

You’ll need to complete the main Zandalar quest line: https://www.wowhead.com/achievement=12479/zandalar-forever
Complete the War Campaign (The stuff on the ship with Nathanos and co.): https://www.wowhead.com/achievement=13466/tides-of-vengeance
Reach Exalted with Zandalari, which is a lot faster now with the reputation bonus. You receive rep from WQs in Zuldazar, mission table, while doing the main quest line, and some side quests even offer rep, so keep an eye out for those. This part will no longer be required in Shadowlands.
I think the hardest part for me was the reputation, but I did that before we had the bonus. You may find you’ll already be close, if not already exalted by the time you finish all the quests.
