Can someone please list me against which characters/specs is worth to choose this pvp talent? im struggling to understand what can be steal with it / what not
Is there any addon which could flag me useful buffs which this skill can steal?

buff that you can steal have a yellow border around it if you look closely.
What you can steal most common in pvp:
Hots from druid, shields from priest, all kind of buffs stamina/mark of wild, and power infusion. Also warlock reflect thing.

There used to be a fantastic addon called Spellstealer but it has not been kept up and is now very outdated and causes problems. Even if you edit the TOC file to the latest version.
So was wondering if there is a new addon available under a different name ?
There is an addon that shows what you stole, but not an addon that shows what to steal that I’m aware of.
